Leveraging a human-centric approach to business engagements, Monique has contributed to startups multimillion-dollar acquisitions and helped enterprises harness AI and automation to streamline operations and drive growth.
Her novel, Once Bad Intentions, is a coming-of-age story that celebrates resilience, culture, and self-discovery. Monique combines her passion for storytelling and technology to empower others to create meaningful change in their lives and businesses.
Biography
Born and raised in South-East London, Monique Campbell’s journey has been one of resilience, transformation, and relentless curiosity. She grew up in the 1990s as a second-generation Jamaican. Overcoming significant challenges early in life, she transformed her circumstances with determination for personal growth and a drive for success. These experiences instilled in her a deep understanding of the power of choice, accountability, and self-belief.

Monique began her career in offline media, driving revenue growth for a global media corporation across internationally recognised lifestyle and entertainment brands. She later played a pivotal role in launching and monetising the Food Network digital brand in the UK. In 2012, she transitioned to the technology sector, joining DSP/DMP startup DataXu as one of its first UK employees, contributing to its acquisition. She has since worked with leading SaaS providers including Yahoo!, Salesforce, and Adobe, leveraging AI/ML and automation to transform enterprises and deliver measurable results.
A lifelong learner, Monique holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Warwick Business School and certifications in AI/ML and automation. Monique specialises in helping organisations streamline operations, enhance productivity, and achieve sustainable growth. She is the author of Once Bad Intentions, a novel that explores resilience, identity, and self-discovery. And is also a mentor to young people who grew up in similar communities as she did, primarily through Urban Synergy, a local award-winning youth empowerment and social mobility charity.
